2. Requester
Requesters must be full-time employees and representatives of the outlet requesting. With few exceptions, any outlet requesting multiple people for an event must have the request submitted by the proper person in the full-time employ of the media outlet in a management role (editor, director, etc.). With few exceptions, approved media outlets are limited to two media and two photo credentials per game.
3. People needing credentials
If you are the requester and need credentials, add yourself here, as well. Choose Media for writers, broadcasters and scouts. Choose Photo for photographers and videographers. If hybrid role, choose Photo. Approval may be different than requested.
FOR FOOTBALL GAMES: Choose Workspace if a seat is requested in a working media area (press box, press row, lower media area, etc.). Select Parking if parking is needed. Outlets are limited to one parking pass per two people approved for credentials and a max of two per outlet.
4. Credential policy
2026-27 University of Colorado Media Credential Policy
All credentialed media must comply with the University of Colorado Athletics Credential Policies, which govern access, conduct, and content rights at all CU Athletics events.
